The PDF Merger and PDF to Word tools run 100% locally inside your browser; those files are never uploaded.

The PDF Compressor uses a secure server. When you click "Compress PDF", your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our compression partner, iLovePDF, processed, and returned to you. We request permanent deletion of the uploaded and compressed files immediately after your result is returned, and our partner automatically erases any remaining copies within at most two hours. We never store your documents, keep copies, or look at their contents.

Information we do not collect

• We do not require an account, name, email address or phone number to use any tool.
• Your compressed result is held only in your browser until you download it or close the tab.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page and approximate region. This data is used only to keep the site secure and working well. Your language choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.
