Are my files uploaded anywhere?
The Merger and PDF to Word tools run 100% inside your browser — those files are never uploaded. The Compressor sends your file over an encrypted connection to our secure processing partner, and the file is permanently deleted immediately after your compressed copy is returned.
How do I compress a PDF?
Open the PDF Compressor, drop your PDF into the box and press Compress PDF. When processing finishes, press the Download Compressed PDF button to save your file.
How small will my file get?
The compressor automatically shrinks your document to the smallest size that keeps the text sharp and readable — often 50–90% smaller. The exact result depends on how much content the document contains.
Will my signature and stamps stay clear?
Yes. The engine reduces size aggressively but stops before text, signatures, stamps or vector elements lose legibility, so the document stays valid for portal checks.
Can I change the order of files when merging?
Yes. Drag the file cards, or use the up and down arrows on each card, before pressing Merge.
Why is my Word file empty?
Scanned PDFs are pictures of pages and contain no selectable text. The converter works with PDFs that contain real text.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The site works in modern mobile browsers. Very large files may be slower on older phones.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, watermark or usage limit.
